Innovation, leadership, and networking are key elements that is being taught and learned to kick off Phi Beta Lambda’s 2012 Institute for Leaders in San Antonio, Texas. “If you’re not fired up with enthusiasm, chances are you’ll be fired with enthusiasm,” shared Ryan Underwood, the IFL Lead presenter as he recalled the advice of his mentor.

The Institute for Leaders is the premier leadership develoment experience for Future Business Leaders of America - Phi Beta Lambda. IFL attendees represent the Top 1% of this 200,000 member business leadership organization for high school and college students. IFL is held in conjunction with the FBLA-PBL National Leadership Conference in a different American city each year.
