Technology Education and Design, better known as TED served up delicious lessons in leadership and innovation to kick off the Institute for Leaders “World of Innovation” this morning.
“What would you do if you knew you could not fail?” was the challenge to the audience. Impossible things suddenly become possible when you think this way.
“If you fear failure, you’ll do good or great things; but, you’ll never do amazing things.” The road to amazing is full of failure and lessons to learn. If you cannot tolerate failure, you’ll never be able to build an innovative environment.
Failure is the testing and experimenting that leads to greatness. You can’t fear it or you’ll never finish.
“Life get’s interesting when we fail. Because it’s a sign we’ve surpassed ourselves.” Clemmonso
Great insights for FBLA-PBL leaders as they prepare to practice innovationa and excellence in the coming year.
